Management Team
We offer you simplified, rewarding and secure real estate investing under the amiable leadership of Mr Andy Morkah, the Group Managing Director .
We make real estate investments accessible to everyone in a way that is simple, secure and profitable. We achieve this by practicing excellence, continually innovating, conducting business with integrity and always putting our customers first.
Andy is a graduate of Delta State University Abraka Delta State. He studied Business Administration and graduated with a second class upper division. He commenced his banking career with Merchant Bank Of Commerce-MBCOM(Defunct Continental Trust Bank and now part of UBA Plc)and spent over 14 years in the industry before stepping out to set up Richards Infrastructures Limited.
Andy’s Banking experience covers Treasury, Retail, Commercial and Corporate Banking Services in 6 different Banks including UBA Plc and Zenith Bank Plc.
He developed flair and interest in Real Estate/Infrastructural Development while he was a branch manager with UBA Plc.
Then he funded, supervised and managed relationship with Real Estate developers where he was exposed to the intricacies of the business.He consolidated his knowledge of the industry when he moved to the defunct Bank PHB Plc (Now Keystone Bank Limited) as the Head of Construction and Infrastructures Desk of Bank’s corporate division.
He participated in the execution of several projects from the planning stage to completion because of his role as the financier of these projects.
His involvement exposed him to the facility management gap in the industry upon which he left Banking to pioneer the birth of Richards Infrastructures Limited. He has attended several trainings on Infrastructural Development, PPP concessioning and Real Estate development, Andy is happily married with 4 children. He leads the management team.
Funmi is an honest, dedicated and result oriented sales and customer service manager.
Her resilience and enthusiastic for leadership services relating to marketing and customer relation services made her transition from customer relation executive to Head of Sales and Marketing, and currently MD/COO of Hectares and Homes.
She is a graduate of Diplomatic studies as well as History and international relations at Lagos State University and Olabisi Onabanjo University respectively. She has also acquired certifications in customer service relations.
Funmi has over Fifteen (15) years’ work experience in both sales and customer service management in Retail, Banking and the real Estate industries over the years
Solomon Jatto is a Graduate of Geography and Geographic Information System (B.TECH) from the Federal University of Technology,Yola Adamawa State. He graduated with asecond class (upper-class grade).He has attended Several Certificate Trainings in Sales Management.

FGBMF Leadership Training for leaders Abuja 2017
• Basic course in Environmental impact Assessment, Basic First Aid/CPR and HSE.
Solomon brings years of leadership and people management experience with proven trackrecords of Corporate Business development and growth. A highly competent sales strategist,he has brought his experience to bear upon our entire Abuja operations in terms ofsustainable growth and expansion of the Hectares and Homes Brand.
He continues to help put the business on the cutting edge with his in-depth knowledge of theReal Estate Marketing, Management and business development through his network andinteraction with major players in the market.
Efosa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Jos. He has experience as a broadcaster from the Nigerian Television Authority where he worked as apresenter of a weekly Television programme, “the Corpers Forum”.
He also worked as areporter and writer for AM Express, reporting from the Sokoto State Network centre.
In 2005, he began a high learning, impactful and growth based banking career in Ecobank.
He learnt discipline, dedication, commitment and the importance of bringing value to teamwork in a performance driven environment.
With well over 10 years banking experience, heis well grounded in excellent customer service delivery techniques and customersatisfaction, with strategic Sales and Marketing skills, bringing along also a wealth of knowledge in business development.
He eventually left banking in 2015 as a staff of Sterling Bank Plc., to pursue a career incorporate communications, Brand Marketing and Business Development. He learnt,developed and built Digital Marketing skills at Ringier Digital Marketing, A Swiss BasedMedia and Digital Marketing Company
As a business growth analyst, he is well grounded in online and offline Marketingtechniques, having helped to build start-ups into successful business units, as well as helpedwith expansion and growth plan for existing businesses.
Working as a brandCommunications manager, he brings his vast experience from various industries rangingfrom Banking, Fintech, Media and advertising and Real Estate.
Apart from the Private sector, his impact has also been felt in the public sector, havingworked as a consultant on strategic media planning for the Plateau Peace Building agency,and the Plateau State Government, Jos Plateau State. He consulted and managed the entireonline campaign team for a successful gubernatorial candidate in 2016
